It's BLUEBERRY SEASON!!! I made the most wonderful Blueberry Coffeecake for breakfast yesterday! I had gotten a great buy on blueberries at QFC the day before - buy 1 container & get 2 free. I think it was one of the best coffeecakes I have ever made, because it was still so moist and flavorful on the 2nd day. Usually they taste sort of dry the next day! I really haven't had to worry about how moist it is going to be tomorrow cause it's all gone!!!!!
I will post the recipe tonight because I have to cook dinner right now. I have a hungry husband waiting! I'll post a pic too!
